Join them in driving this global growth Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to lead and execute our global expansion strategy. This role will focus on identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across different regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of global market dynamics, and a passion for innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive international business development strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify and research new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes across target regions. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, architects, and clients. Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and large-scale project contracts. Monitor and manage sales pipelines, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets for international markets. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and design teams to tailor offerings to regional needs. Represent our client at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices in each region. Provide regular reporting and insights on market performance and business opportunities to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. 5 years of experience in international business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally in the interior design, construction, or architecture industries. Possess pre-existing client base within the commercial real estate. Proven track record of successfully expanding business into new international markets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think strategically and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of global market trends and a passion for design and innovation. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
