TimePlan Education are excited to assist secondary schools across Ely and the surrounding areas with the recruitment of General Cover Supervisors for ad hoc supply starting immediately Position Details: Role: General Cover Supervisor Location: Various mainstream, secondary schools across Ely and the surrounding areas Ofsted Rating: Many of the schools are rated 'Good' Timings: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Start Date: September 2024 Role Expectations: A successful Cover Supervisor will: Build a strong rapport with students quickly Remain calm, confident, and engaging in unfamiliar settings Teach a variety of subjects using pre-prepared resources Maintain class discipline and keep students focused on their learning objectivesCover Supervisors are essential in maintaining the continuity of students' education during short-term teacher absences. This role is crucial across all types of schools and educational stages.
