Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer - Manufacturer Training
It is essential for you to have the following skills to be able to apply:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Experience working in a main dealer environment
- 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician
Location: Northampton
Package:
- 33,000 - reviewed after 6 months
- Bonus OTE expected to be around 2,000 per year
- Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm (42.5 hours plus Saturdays when needed)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm

- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues.
- Customer Service: Provide clear and professional communication with customers.
- Documentation: Accurately record all work and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Training and Development: Continuously update your skills through manufacturer-led training.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence is essential
