About the role As a Pastry Demi Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will: Prepare to work with Pastry Head Chef and Sous Chefs to carry out duties To produce and serve pastries in accordance with the recipes Develop a high level of food knowledge Manage and maintain good housekeeping and correct standard of hygiene All Mise en place is of a high standard and ready for service at appropriate times of the day Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it Flexibility is a must; hospitality service cant wait during weekends and evenings!
