An enthusiastic and proactive Behaviour Mentor is needed to offer support to students between the ages of 11-16 both inside and outside the classroom. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with students who have ADHD, SEMH, as well as challenging behaviour issues. Experience with Team-Teach and physical handling training is desirable. It is essential that the ideal Behaviour Mentor is capable of handling complex situations due to the students' needs.
