About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Waltham Forest A Behaviour Mentor must have at least one year's experience working with young people with challenging behaviours. An enthusiastic and proactive Behaviour Mentor is needed to offer support to students between the ages of 11-16 both inside and outside the classroom. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with students who have ADHD, SEMH, as well as challenging behaviour issues. Experience with Team-Teach and physical handling training is desirable. It is essential that the ideal Behaviour Mentor is capable of handling complex situations due to the students' needs.
