We are keen to hear from Senior Consultants looking to take that next step into management or a Branch Manager or Business Manager maybe looking for a sector change into Education Recruitment. This position will be working with a highly successful and driven team. We are keen to hear from people with range of experience in different recruitment sectors who are maybe looking for career progression or sector change into education recruitment. In your new role you would be fully supported in this next step in your career and will be led by a well-established Senior Leadership Team with many years of experience in education and recruitment. You would be supported by our outstanding learning and development team who take you through the inhouse management training programme, setting you up with all the skills needed to become a great Team Leader. We have fantastic relationships with are schools and candidates across the county, and we are excited to welcome a new addition to our family orientated team. What does your new role entail. Driving and encouraging teams’ performance via incentives and KPI’s Mentoring and coaching consultants within the branch. Reporting and analysing data for the senior management team. Conducting 1-1’s with the consultants to drive performance and service levels within the branch. Harding working, organised and confident in communication to lead your team. You will be developing and managing client and candidate relationships and expectations (ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards in education). Meeting and interviewing candidates to support them in finding dream roles in education. Business development calls and arranging client meetings with schools in the local area to support their recruitment needs. Conducting 1-1’s with the consultants monthly to drive performance, service levels and development of the team. Driven and passionate about our core values.
