An out of this world' elevator transports you to the top floor of YOTEL Glasgow for a fun and fabulous fix of cheeky cocktails and big flavour food. By night switch it up a notch or two and escape from the everyday with great music, DJs, bowling and live entertainment. We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team. We are looking for individuals who love to work with our Kitchen crew and WOW our guests.The Chef De Parties overall responsibility is to ensure that all duties, including food preparation, presentation and delivery meet the expectations of YOTEL / VEGA and the Head Chef. All food prepared and produced must be delivered in line with VEGA recipes, ensuring high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety are always maintained. Do you believe you fit the menu?
