A prestigious and independent Construction Consultancy in London is currently on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Construction Project Manager.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking to make a substantial impact in a variety of construction sectors, including commercial, office, residential, as well as arts and heritage projects.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will be an essential part of a diverse range of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing appointment documents and supervising project handovers.
Providing continuous support to clients throughout the project duration.
Leading post-project review discussions.
Actively contributing to the business's growth and development.The Construction Project Manager
Chartered status with MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, or working towards such accreditation.
Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
A degree in Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience across a range of build sector projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude and willingness to engage actively in project responsibilities.In Return?
