Maintenance Engineer Multi Skilled

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer  (Multi Skilled) Working Model / Location: Full Time / On-Site Salary + Benefits:£46,000 - £56,000 DOE Sector: Manufacturing Aspion Search are currently seeking talented Multi Skilled Engineers. Key Responsibilities: Uphold high standards in Health and Safety, Food Safety, and GMP, to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment. Be part of a dedicated Engineering Maintenance team that plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all machinery in the production areas. Providing a proactive and reactive professional engineering service, to maintain and improve the performance of the plant. Completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks. Assist with root cause analysis to promote future reliability and improvements. Proactive involvement in Continuous Improvement initiatives. About You: Educated to HNC, (or HND or degree Level) or equivalent and apprenticeship time-served Engineer. At least 2 years of post-apprenticeship engineering maintenance experience - ideally served within an FMCG hygienic production environment. Technologically savvy to enable full use of the CMMS systems, MS Office etc. Apply an analytical and systematic approach to working, with a desire to identify root causes and solve problems To Work within a rapidly changing environment and remain calm under pressure. Make timely decisions and have a drive for improvement. Communicate in a respectful and professional manner. Work as part of a team, and on your own – using your own initiative. Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational skills and good time management. Demonstrate a reasonable amount of flexibility to meet the needs of the company.
