Baby Room Supervisor

Our client is requiring a Baby Room Supervisor working Monday to Friday - 35-40 hours per week. Must be qualified to Level 3 in Childcare and Education, with previous leadership experience and good communication skills. Duties include: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the room. Supervise and support a team of staff, including training new employees on room procedures. Maintain cleanliness, health/safety and organization of the room. Liaise with parents/carers, colleagues and any professional bodies, as required. Maintain records, as required. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and that the relevant legislation is adhered to. Attend training and staff meetings, as required. Ensure planning for each child is relevant and inclusive. Report any issues to the line manager
