Maintenance Assistant

Location: Epworth (On site) Salary: £23,100 + excellent benefits Shift Pattern: Mon-Thurs 1pm - 9pm, Fri 10.30am - 6pm We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to provide premises support to a school. Overview: You will provide premises and maintenance support to the school to ensure it is well maintained and meets health and safety regulations. A typical week: * Carry out minor repairs & grounds maintenance * Complete compliance testing (fire, legionerlla etc) * Monitor contractors to ensure health & safety * Work closely with colleagues & suppliers You'll need the following: * Experience of general maintenance * Health & safety & risk assessment knowledge * Excellent relationship building & organisational skills * Can do, proactive approach to work * Car Driver (essential) Benefits: 28 days + bank holidays (no weekends or evenings), 6.5% Employer Pension + Council Pension x 19.5%, Mental Health & Counselling services, 24-hour GP service, Cycle to work scheme.
