Surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, Soho Farmhouse is a destination for food and drink, wellness and outdoor activities. The Role...

We are seeking an experienced

Kitchen Porter

to join our team at

Soho Farmhouse

(OX7 4JS) . As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with basic food preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for cleanliness.

What we are looking for in a Kitchen Porter... 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile restaurant (preferred but not essential) Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Expected working hours for a Kitchen Porter: Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes Average hours 32-45 hours per week
