COTC / CERTIFICATE OF TECHNICAL COMPETENCE / WAMITAB QUALIFIED, HANDS ON SITE MANAGER OR EXPERIANCED FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR WITH REQUIRED TO RUN A SMALL, WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING OPERATION PACKAGE: £45-50k Plus & Benefits TITLE: Site Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Operations Yard LOCATION: Bilston, West Midlands Your previous role may have been: MRF Manager, MBT Supervisor, Waste Manager, Transfer Station Manager, WEEE Site Operations Manager, Waste Operations Supervisor, Transfer Station Supervisor, Production Manager, Scrap Metal Yard Foreman, Skip Hire Yard Manager, Metal Recycling Operations Manager, Clinical Waste Plant Manager, Confidential Waste Depot Manager ROLE: Site Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Operations Yard As Site Manager you will oversee a waste recycling operation, handling recyclable material ensuring KPI's are met and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policies are adhered to. You will develop the team to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled, and performance levels are kept to a high standard. A hands-on approach is needed for this growing company. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Site Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Operations Yard You MUST hold a WAMITAB / COTC Level 4 (ideally Haz & Non-Haz Treatment but any considered) Excellent man management skills.
