Network Test Manager £300 P/D Outside IR35 Hybrid Network Test Manager required for a leading international MSP represented. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in network performance validation, specifically with Cisco Wireless and Meraki Wireless infrastructure. This contract role focuses on managing pre-refresh and post-refresh testing to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: * Capture current network performance metrics and user experience with Cisco Wireless. * Identify critical applications and workflows reliant on the existing network. * Establish baseline measurements for latency, bandwidth, and reliability. * Validate that Meraki Wireless performs at least as well as Cisco Wireless. * Execute tests for connectivity, performance, security, and reliability on the refreshed network. * Compare results to ensure improved or consistent user experience. * Develop a comprehensive test strategy, including risk management. * Create detailed test plans outlining test cases, timelines, and responsibilities. * Document test results and provide actionable recommendations for network optimisation. Skills: * Proven experience in network testing with Cisco and Meraki Wireless technologies. * Strong knowledge of performance metrics (latency, bandwidth, reliability). * Ability to design and execute effective test plans. * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
