What we re looking for
An enthusiastic Site Operative to help support the day-to-day activities and on-site activations for Chord. We are looking for a committed team member to assist our team in the smooth running of our jobs on site, including warehouse preparations and logistics.
Entering our nineth year in operation, we have gained a reputation in the market for providing exceptional quality products and service.
What you d be doing
Help to deliver the installation and dismantle programme of our temporary structures, supporting the team with the overall project delivery:
• To work as part of an experienced team with the Site Operations Manager and other Site Operatives.
• To work from our warehouse in Ellen s Green (West Sussex) when not on site. Overnight stays will be required when working on site (UK and Europe).
• To work a 40 hour standard week, with extended hours and weekend working (including bank holidays) to be expected during the April October peak-season.
• To build and deconstruct our structures at designated site locations and ensure that all tasks are accurately carried out with due care and attention.
What you need to do the job
• MEWPs, Forklift, NPORS/equivalent certificates are desirable.
• Full and clean driving licence.
• Proactive, self-starter.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work with everyone in the team, clients and suppliers.
• Relevant industry experience desirable.
