We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Café Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the café operations in Restaurant Associates.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the General Manager, and be responsible for creating an outstanding Cafe experience and ensuring we are delivering the best possible customer service. Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported Being a responsible key holder Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments Monitor till discrepancies and put actions into place to rectify issues Carry out stocktakes as required Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times Ensure correct labelling of products and that allergen processes are followed Follow all Compass profit and protection policies and procedures. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Who you are:
Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment Passionate about delivering service Good communication skills Team player and can-do attitude Self-motivated and able to use own initiative Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude Previous barista experience is an advantage
