Package:
£40,000 -£52,000 p/annum Full-time in-office, Monday to Friday Excellent Progression Opportunities
Duties:
Collaborate with the Head of Interiors to develop and communicate the creative vision for projects Conduct comprehensive design research, establishing mood boards, and identifying site-specific details Define and oversee materiality, partnering with the materials designer to bring projects to life Lead the production and management of drawing packages, specifications, and schedules to the studio’s high standards Manage FF&E schemes, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee procurement, ensuring meticulous attention to detail Mentor and guide the team in interior and joinery detailing, ensuring alignment across all RIBA work stages
Requirements:
6-8 years of post-graduate experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or corporate interior design Strong understanding of UK building regulations, FF&E procurement, and construction processes Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, and Photoshop are essential Experience in Revit and Enscape are a plus Excellent communication skills, with confidence to engage effectively on-site with contractors A keen eye for color, materials, and finishing details, with solid supplier knowledge Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design or similar field
