Quantity Surveyor, Dungiven

This successful Dungiven based Contractor is actively seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. Based in the Dungiven area , this company have won a number of significant contracts throughout ROI & NI and have excelled in this industry for the past 35 years. They are expanding and have a full order book for the next 18 months and accordingly are seeking to fill this position. Sectors: Commercial, Education, Ecclesiastical, Heritage, Civil Engineering All projects are Northern Ireland based Duties: - responsible for all Commercial aspects of projects - management of subcontractors - take offs - handle all final accounts - preparing Bills of Quantities - preparing cost and value reports - liaise with Site Managers / Contracts managers based on site ALL LEVELS OF QUANTITY SURVEYORS / GRADUATES WILL BE CONSIDERED This is a Permanent vacancy. Working Hours are 8-5pm, M-F, and our client are offering a market leading remuneration package for this role. Applicants should have at least a strong Placement Year , ideally within the Building / Civil Engineering sector and have working knowledge of both pre and post Contract duties.
