Housing Maintenance Surveyor

MMP Consultancy currently has an opportunity for a Housing Maintenance Surveyor to join a local authority based out of Bedfordshire. This will be an interim position paying £300 P/Day Umbrella on a 6-9 Month Contract The Role: Accountable for the planning, preparation, procurement, delivery and management of capital works programmes to time, budget and quality from inception to completion. Management, administration, procurement and supervision of contractors delivering inspection, risk assessment, renovation, servicing and maintenance to council owned property. Carry out surveys and inspections of council owned property to diagnose repair defects and order effective remedial works.
