Our client, in the Technology sector, is looking for a Customer Engagement Marketing Manager to join their team on a part-time, freelance basis (15 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey Mapping Develop customer journey maps for key segments Identify crucial touchpoints for engagement Customer Marketing and Demand Generation Manage customer communications calendar Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities – specifically to email marketing Email Marketing and Hubspot Utilisation Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to install base using Hubspot Create and optimise automation workflows in Hubspot for customer engagement Leverage Hubspot's reporting and analytics features to drive data and campaign performance Key Requirements: 5 years of hands-on B2B marketing delivery experience, focusing on customer marketing Proven track record in customer engagement campaigns Advanced experience in Hubspot Strong understanding in customer journey mapping Experience in IT software sector – advantageous This role is remote, paying £25 per hour, and is on a freelance basis.
