Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking a skilled individual with extensive knowledge in mechanical seals and bearings to join our team. This role focuses on providing specialised support within these areas to enhance the condition-based maintenance (CBM) department. The successful candidate will participate in an on-call rota upon qualification. This position is ideal for a mechanical fitter with a background in mechanical seals and bearings. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and replacement of mechanical seals and bearings. Provide specialised support to the CBM department. Participate in an on-call rota, covering varied shifts including weekends. Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify issues and recommend solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.The role offers a competitive salary of up to £42k DOE. Lots of training and development opportunities. The role sees great working hours with a 1 in 4 on-call rota. Acess to a range of wellbeing programmes Mon - Fri 11am - 7pm and Sat/Sun 7am - 3pm this is the on call week
