Embroidery Machine Operator

My client a well established bespoke and tailored manufacturing company based in Blackburn is currently seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join their team in a manufacturing environment. The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for applying a range of traditional stitching techniques to produce designs on clothing, accessories and merchandise. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Responsibilities - Use embroidery machines to apply designs to clothing - Sew garments with decorations, such as logos, beads, pearls or labels - Adjust and maintain machine settings - Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues - Maintain a clean and organised work area Skills - Experience in embroidery, hand sewing or sewing machine work is essential - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm Pay: From £12.00 per hour Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Embroidery Machinist: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: (Apply online only)
