Role: Site Manager Hours: Monday- Friday Company: Main Contractor - Education Project Location: South Croydon Rate: £260- £275 per day Re: 4 weeks Freelance Site Manager Role in South Croydon - Starting ASAP Project: Demolition and mobilization works on a school project An opportunity for a Site Manager to work Monday to Friday, overseeing the project, programme, coordination of design/trades and manage H&S requirements. You would be working for the main contractor and reporting into the Contracts Manager The project is mobilization and demolition of a school building in South Croydon What you will need: * You will have experience in a similar role, leading a site as the number 1. * Experience working for a main contractor working on Demolition projects * Have in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid * MUST be DBS checked This is a freelance position and would be paid CIS or Limited company whichever is preferred.
