Marketing Specialist – Healthcare (Guildford, On-Site) We are a rapidly expanding healthcare company in Guildford, seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives and contribute to our overall business growth. This fully on-site role is perfect for a versatile marketer who is passionate about healthcare and excels at developing and executing effective campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Marketing Campaign Management : Plan and implement marketing strategies across various channels (email, social media, SEO, content marketing) to increase brand awareness and engage patients. Content Creation : Produce high-quality, healthcare-focused content for websites, social media, newsletters, and brochures. Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team, providing marketing materials and strategies to support lead generation and conversion. Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities for brand positioning and growth. Event Management : Organize and promote healthcare-related events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and attract new leads. CRM Management : Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and optimize the sales pipeline. Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to improve future marketing activities. Key Skills : Proven experience in marketing , preferably in the healthcare sector. Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO, email, and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging content. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions . Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment . Qualifications : A degree in Marketing, Business , or a related field is preferred.
