We are seeking a highly organised Kitchen Administrator to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure a smooth kitchen operation: Details: Support the Executive Chef in managing employee queries Arrange food tastings and coordinate attendance Support Executive chef in handling HR and payroll tasks (e.g.) rota, absences etc Assist with recruitment of kitchen team with the Executive Chef ? Liaise with the Events team on kitchen-related events Walk around to ensure food safety, health & safety compliance, and overseeing kitchen maintenance ? Support purchasing, stock-taking, and supplier coordination? Attend kitchen briefings and manage meeting agendas and minutes Manage all IT systems related to kitchen administration Skills: ? Previous experience in an administration/support role, ideally within hospitality ? Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation abilities ? Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team ? Availability to work full-time and under pressure ?
