Daily Rate: £90 - £100

A wonderful opportunity has opened up for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learner Assistant at a primary SEND school in Sutton. Join us and help create an inspiring and inclusive environment for every child.
Your Role:
Offer personalized support to students with SEN, aiding their academic and personal development. Work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt strategies to meet each student's unique needs. Create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that nurtures students' social and emotional growth. Assist in classroom activities, ensuring each student feels engaged and valued. Keep open lines of communication with parents and carers, regularly sharing updates on their child's progress.Who Should Apply:
Experience with SEN is highly valued, though a patient, caring attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference are essential. Adaptability and creativity in supporting diverse learning styles. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to contribute positively to the school community. While a driver's license and access to a car are helpful due to the Sutton location, they're not required.What We Offer:
