A fulfilling and progressive opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join an international electronic solutions manufacturer.
About the company:
A well-established international business. They specialise in:
* Electronic and electrical products into heavy goods vehicle, buses, trucks and other industries.
* Electronic interfaces and applications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing UK presence in both new and existing accounts within the heavy duty vehicles industry.
* Understanding customers’ needs, and selling with a solution led approach.
* Presenting and demonstrating products and solutions.
* Managing and growing existing accounts.
* Attending client meetings, regular UK travel.
* Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, building a full sales pipeline.
Experience & Skills needed:
* Experience selling into the heavy duty vehicle industry.
* Technically aware, ideally with electronic experience or understanding, and excellent communication skills.
* A proactive sales approach.
* Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
* Able to travel.
