EYFS TA Location: Southwark Position: EYFS TA (CACHE Level 3) Employment Type: Full Time (Preference) / Part Time Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, based on experience About Us: We are working with a well-established primary school in Southwark who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS TA to join their team. The schools is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for the new cohort of children, and I'm looking for an individual who is passionate about EYFS. Key Responsibilities: * Support the classroom teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum. * Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. * Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required. * Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development. Requirements: * Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent. * Experience: Previous experience working within the EYFS framework. * Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation. * Desirable: Experience working with children with SEN within an EYFS setting.
