Position: Cat A Manager (Late Shift) Shift: 2pm to 10pm Location: Westminster INTERVIEWS THIS WEEK We are seeking an experienced Cat A Manager to join our client's team at a prestigious, high-profile site in Westminster. This role requires someone who excels in managing complex projects within a live building environment, handling multiple client stakeholders with ease and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: * Take ownership of the build programme, driving progress while effectively managing the challenges of a live, operational site. * Work closely with multiple client stakeholders, maintaining clear communication to ensure their requirements are understood and addressed throughout the project. * Lead the on-site team, ensuring daily activities are carried out efficiently and in line with the build programme during the late shift (2pm to 10pm). * Adapt swiftly to any issues that arise in a live building setting, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s occupants. * Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and quality, meeting both client expectations and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements: * Extensive experience in Cat A fit-out management, particularly in live building environments. * A proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, balancing their varied interests while keeping the project on track. * Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage site activities under pressure. * Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the agility to handle unexpected challenges in an occupied building.
