Area Sales Manager

KBB Recruitment are seeking an Area Sales Manager to deliver growth and profitable sales, targeting kitchen retailers and showrooms whilst maintaining and developingexisting accounts. This is a full time permanent postion paying upto £45,000 plus bonus DOE. Your duties will include: * Delivering financial growth targets in line with company forecast * Achieving sales targets for both new and current customers * Preparing monthly information for 1-2-1s with the Sales Director, detailing success areas and opportunities for improvement and development * Forward planning all customer visits and detail them on the CRM system * Building relationships with customers, ensuring the retention and development of business, by providing the highest level of service * Analysing reports on your customers’ product sales and trends * Managing display product placement and the verification of product displays among your customer base * Negotiating rebate schemes with customers * Attending Sales meetings, new product launch programmes and exhibitions as required Candidate specification: * Experience of business-to-business selling in the KBB sector * Proven experience of excellent sales and negotiation skills * Good knowledge of the commercial marketplace and ability to analyse trends to formulate strategies, tenders and negotiation techniques to win new business * Ability to influence, motivate and manage existing client relationships You will be supplied with: * A company car with fuel card * Laptop/tablet * Mobile phone * Company credit card Benefits: * OTE of approximately £65,000 including monthly commission and end of year bonus (based on £10K commission and a fixed bonus of £5K) * Mon to Fri * 20 days + bank holidays (it does work out as more holidays as we shutdown for Christmas each year but the number of extra days varies depending on how Christmas falls) * The car is an Audi or a Mercedes * NEST workplace pension scheme KBB Recruitment are acting as the employment agency in relation to this vacancy, please call Amber on (phone number removed)
