Parts Consultant (Specialist Cars, Cheltenham) Location: Cheltenham, UK Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Temp to Perm Position About the Role Become a key member of our esteemed Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Parts Consultant. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service in a luxury automotive environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the Parts Department, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer care. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the efficient operation of the Parts Department, managing the collection and delivery of goods and customer vehicles. * Provide prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers. * Maintain accurate records of stock and sales, ensuring efficient processing of goods. * Collaborate with the wider team to support various operational tasks. Essential Skills: * Previous experience as a Parts Consultant in the automotive sector. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * A passion for the luxury automotive industry and a foundational understanding of luxury vehicle brands. * Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
