Position: Data Scientist Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week) Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits Start Date: ASAP Interview Process: 2 stages A leading public sector consultancy based in Milton Keynes is looking to hire a skilled Data Scientist on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite to support critical on-premises tasks. Security Clearance: Candidates must hold active Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. Key Responsibilities: Work with data-driven projects leveraging Python, SQL, and Excel. Utilize data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau to translate data insights. Apply NLP models, including Transformers and Huggingface, for advanced data analysis. Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Docker Compose. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau. Hands-on expertise with NLP, Transformers, and Huggingface.
