Railway MEP Quantity Surveyor

Are you an MEP Quantity Surveyor with experience working on MEP railway fit-outs for a main contractor?   Do you have experience on major railway infrastructure projects?   Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum Location: West Ruislip or North Acton - 4 days on site, 1 day home working. Benefits: Travel Paid, 5% Pension, BUPA Healthcare. Start Date: February 2025.   Role Details: My client is a leading contractor working on major HS2 works, looking for a MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the MEP fit-out function of the business.   You will be responsible for valuations, cost/value reconciliation, cost control and forecasting, preparing assessment & preparation of payment certificates, risk and value management, and finally preparesupply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise / close out supply chain contracts.   Essential: ·MEP Quantity Surveyor with experience working on MEP railway fit-outs for a main contractor. ·Experience on major railway infrastructure projects
