As an LSA, you will be working closely with a student with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with Specific Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). Experience with PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), MAKATON, and Visual Timetables is key as we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience with these valuable tools.
