Role: Maintenance/ Materials - Technical Coordinator Location: Langley, Berkshire Salary £30,000 to £35,000 Parking Benefits/ package Full time & permanent Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 To have either have good DIY/plumbing or heating experience Managing all the incoming customer emails and phone calls regarding technical questions. Evaluate any returned items with a technical fault. Organising replacement parts that need to be despatched to customers. Working with the warehouse to ensure spare parts are correct and up-to-date. Working with the supplier on any defective products and improvements. Help train staff on products and any specific issues that might be encountered. Learn the product to advise/guide customers as necessary. Improve the technical process/automate where possible (with new Sage 200 system) Sound like the role for you?
