Work for a charity as a Senior Marketing Manager/ Senior Supporter Acquisition Manager (permanent). Hybrid – Central London - £47,112 to £48,132 per annum (Inclusive of London Supplement) per annum – permanent. The Senior Marketing Manager/ Senior Supporter Acquisition Manager will be responsible for… Responsible for the development and delivery of acquisition marketing plans for range of fundraising initiatives to recruit a significant number of new supporters. Could include appeals, regular giving, lotteries, legacies, events, utilising a broad range of media (direct dialogue, broadcast, print, digital) to achieve the above objectives. Manage a multi-million pound expenditure budget that will provide a significant future income source for the charity. Work with the Head of Supporter Acquisition to devise annual and 5-year Acquisition strategies and budget figures, then implement and report against these strategies. Optimise the mix of marketing channels, appeals/products and audiences to meet supporter volume and lifetime value targets in the most cost-effective way. Line management - two managers and two co-ordinators. What we look for Charity experience. Direct marketing campaigns (fundraising). Digital marketing. Significant experience of devising, implementing and managing multi million pound income and expenditure budgets. Line management experience. Acquisition marketing. Project management and good organisational skills. What we offer Salary: £47,112 to £48,132 inclusive of London Supplement. Hybrid, 2 days on site, 3 days wfh. 5 days week – 37.5 hours.
