Park Avenue have partnered with a Local Authority on the lookout for a Director of Housing, leading strategically across the City's Housing Services, including: Housing Needs & Specialist Housing Support Housing Management Property ServicesFunctions within the role, alongside working closely with the Council's Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Director (covering Housing), will include reducing the number of empty private sector homes, reducing homelessness and temporary accommodation spend, and improving the customer experience for residents.
