The below job description will outline this position of: Manufacturing Engineer - Manager Typically, this person will oversee the Manufacturing Engineer team to support production and operations with current production, new model introduction and improvement (SQDC). Duties and responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer - Manager: Day to day management and development of the ME team (recruitment, direction & target setting, development and training) Creation and oversight of the ME plan for support to operations (Projects and Initiatives) Creation, execution and delivery of improvement projects (SQDC) Support for Operations (Analysis - Hours, Lost time, quality data, etc...)
