Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner (NQ or PQE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my clients team as a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. My client has been established for over 100 years and have an excellent reputation throughout Aylesbury and the The ideal candidate • Will be NQ - 2 years + PQE Private Client Solicitor to manage a caseload of Private Client matters that will include - Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration and Trust administration. • Preferably has a driving license (where home visits are required for our elderly and housebound clients). • My client will consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive with relevant experience. • Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required. Skills and Experience • A qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate • Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Duties • Managing your own caseload independently • You will have a good variety of private client cases and an opportunity to progress and fee earn. • My client fully supports training and candidates will be supported by the firm. • The chosen candidate will have secretarial support and their own office.
