We are working with a globally recognised construction consultancy firm who are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support their expanding Infrastructure team in London. As a Procurement Manager, you will be working with clients, providing strategic procurement and commercial support. You'll collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions for dynamic and complex challenges within the infrastructure and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager:
Provide tailored advice to help clients develop procurement and commercial strategies that align with wider business cases.
Conduct early market engagement and supply chain mapping to inform procurement decisions.
Utilize collaborative procurement models such as Alliances, Partnering, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), and multi-lot frameworks.
Plan and execute procurement activities for large-scale contracts, including prequalification, tendering, negotiation, and contract award recommendations.
Ensure adherence to public sector regulations and governance requirements, including Public Contracts Regulations and Utility Regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including legal, finance, engineering, and program teams, to achieve seamless project delivery.
Develop bespoke commercial solutions for diverse client needs, along with cost analyses and benchmarking to identify key cost drivers.Required Qualifications and Experience of the Procurement Manager:
Degree qualified with progress towards MRICS, MCIPS, or MCIOB (or equivalent qualification).
Understanding of procurement delivery models, routes to market, and collaborative frameworks.
Significant experience in major programmes or complex projects within infrastructure, construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar.
Knowledge of public sector regulatory frameworks such as NEC, JCT, and FIDIC.
Proficient in construction cost analysis, benchmarking, and market data application for strategy development.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients, often in a consulting or collaborative setting.
Commercial governance procedures, e-sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation in competitive dialogue settings.
Dynamic purchasing systems and running competitive auctions.
