CNC Programmer Setter Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Setter Operator to join a rapidly growing client in Surrey. Key Responsibilities: * Program, set and operate Mazak 5-Axis Mill; knowledge of Mazatrol and Hypermill is an advantage * Prepare and oversee CNC machines to produce components according to production schedules and quality standards. * Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure correct component production. * Perform inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold ISO9001 quality management standards. Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: * Experience in Mazatrol and Hypermill programming is advantageous. * Proven track record in programming, setting, and operating CNC mills. * Familiarity with the aerospace or automotive industry is a plus. * Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and work to strict deadlines. * Experience in performing mechanical inspection checks. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to high production standards and efficiency
