Facilities Manager

Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: Liverpool Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday - Friday Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for sustainability and energy management? Our client, a well-established company in Liverpool’s FMCG sector, is seeking a dynamic and resilient Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of their large, utility-intensive facility. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient running of services. * Oversee workload management, delegating tasks and coordinating with internal stakeholders. * Drive sustainability initiatives with a focus on energy efficiency, ensuring the facility meets its sustainability targets. * Maintain and enhance utility systems to ensure the facility’s operations are optimized. * Implement preventative maintenance programs and handle any reactive maintenance as required. * Work closely with contractors and external partners to ensure high service levels. * Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met across the facility. Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in Facilities Management, particularly within the FMCG sector. * Strong background in managing stakeholders and handling a varied workload. * Resilient, energetic, and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills. * Basic engineering qualifications are essential. * A passion for energy management and sustainability, with a track record of driving related initiatives.
