CFO Multisite Leisure Business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a successful Multisite Leisure Business to find a strategic CFO to lead the business through an imminent exit in the short term. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive team to design and implement financial strategies that maximise value ahead of the exit. You will be responsible for refining financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and conducting in-depth analysis to uncover key opportunities. Additionally, you will manage relationships with auditors, investors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered Been an autonomous Finance Director or CFO, having taken a business through a successful sale/exit process.
