Fully onsite Location: 4 Tabernacle St. London (5-minute walk from Bank Station)
Start Date: October 2024
Salary: 25,000 base (Year 1 OTE up to 35K, Year 2 OTE up to 65K)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify top talent in Healthcare through various channels.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from candidate screening to job offer negotiations.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships, acting as their trusted recruitment advisor.
• Networking: Attend client meetings and industry events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Recent Graduate: Degree in any discipline desirable.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, driven, and ready to take initiative.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and contribute to team success.
