Sales Account Coordinator

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Providing support and guidance, mainly by telephone to allocated customers driving retention and increased revenue
Maximising customer service and satisfaction
Assisting and dealing with all other incoming customer and Account Management type queries
Promoting products and services
Your key responsibilities:
Managing a group of defined customers, providing support, guidance, and advice on product solutions over the telephone
Working alongside internal teams and other Account Managers to manage queries from all customers
Maximising order intake by providing timely support and delivering excellent customer service
Protecting existing customer base and recurring revenue through excellent customer service
Promoting and sell the company, all its products and services to customers
Representing the company in a professional manner
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience in a similar commercial role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Good team player
Self- motivated and able to multi task and prioritise workloads
