Student Withdrawals: Facilitate and manage the withdrawal process for students, ensuring a smooth transition. Interventions: Implement targeted interventions to support students facing challenges, fostering positive outcomes. Pastoral Support: Collaborate with Heads of Year to provide effective pastoral care, addressing the diverse needs of students. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Previous experience in a pastoral support role within an educational setting is highly desirable.
