Our client is an Automotive well established Independent Prestige / German Vehicle Specialist Garage and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy workshop. For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £40,000. Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include: Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work Drive the business by increasing in Sales / Profit and maintaining your working environment to a high standardOur Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
