Workday Change Manager (Functional) Permanent Up to £60,000 Office location: Remote - Must be UK based Oakleaf are partnering with a global insurance firm in the search of a Workday Change Manager (Functional). The Workday Change Manager will lead change management for Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimisations in the UK and Europe. Collaborating with HR, IT, and regional teams, they'll ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates through effective change strategies. Key Responsibilities of the Workday Change Manager: Create and implement a strategic change management plan for Workday rollouts, updates, and new features. Evaluate the impact of Workday changes on different business units and develop customized plans to address their specific needs. Facilitate smooth transitions by establishing clear communication and user engagement strategies to support end-users. Work closely with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure change management efforts align with overall business goals. Act as the key liaison for UK stakeholders, ensuring their input is integrated into the change process. Collaborate with global teams and external partners to coordinate and execute a unified change strategy. Develop and deliver targeted training programs and resources to help users effectively adopt new Workday features. Monitor system usage, gather feedback, and continuously improve user experience and system performance. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a Workday functional role. (minimum 3 years) Knowledge of various Workday modules including HCM. International experience would be desirable. Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships in a complex cross-cultural environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the impact of change.
