The right candidate would also be able to develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the business brings innovation and serve as a key member of the senior management team with excellent stakeholder management. The company presently develops the majority of their systems in Open-Source technologies such as PHP, Node, React etc but is fine with other backgrounds e.g, .Net, Java etc Key Requirements Extensive experience in leadership roles in technology management Experience of managing in-house development teams developing bespoke software Technical experience of software development and database management Proven Project Management skills Experience of typical in-house systems e.g. CRM, Warehouse / ERP systems, Website Development etc Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environmentsFantastic opportunity where you can really make your mark.
