We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a SEN Teacher SpLD to join their amazing team.
Responsibilities
* This school needs a SEN Teacher SpLD who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
* The successful SEN Teacher SpLD will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
* The SEN Teacher SpLD chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
* The ideal SEN Teacher SpLD for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
Qualifications/Experience
* You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
* Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
* To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
